Snake is a sub-game, usually played in conjunction with other games, that only involves putts. If a player takes three or more putts on a green, they get the snake. The continue to carry the snake until one of the other players 3-putts. Then they get the snake until another player 3-putts. Each hole is given a value, and the players are liable for each hole that they carry the snake.
